Mamba Sushi was born on the Costa del Sol with a simple idea: take the sushi we love and give it our own character.

Japanese inspiration is where we start — but not where we stop. We mix tradition with creativity, play with flavours, textures and temperature, and create food that feels familiar enough to love and different enough to remember.

Some come for the classics. Some come for our signature rolls, hot sushi and unexpected combinations. We believe there should always be something on the table that makes you say: “I need to try that.”

For us, Mamba is more than sushi. It’s good food, good energy and people coming together — locals, travellers, friends and families from all over the world.
